Characteristic of PVB laminated glass
- Splashing prevention effect ･･･Bonded by special film, glass makes minimum of splashing even when it breaks. It is a high safety glass.
- Passage prevention effect ･･･Flexible but strong special film makes it difficult for crushing objects to pass through, so it has a high level safety towards the flying objects, etc.
- Ultraviolet rays absorbing effect ･･･ In visible ray zone it has a high permeation, but it almost shield (approximately 99% was cut) the ultraviolet rays zone (280￣380nm).
- Additional effect ･･･ Variation of special film is able to add various effects.
- Sound insulation effect ･･･ Using special sound insulation film is able to reduce noises.
- Infrared rays absorbing effect ･･･To use special heat insulation film is able to absorb not only ultraviolet rays but also infrared rays.
- Design ･･･To use special colorful film can put on colors such as milk-white, bronze or grey, etc.
*NOTE
- PSince PVB film has an effect of moisture absorbing, it will exfoliate when glass edges are exposed in a humid circumstance for a long time.
- Fabricating after laminating is difficult.
