EVA laminated glass is bonded under heat and pressure, sandwiching a EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate), which is flexible but strong in bonding, between 2 or more pieces of glass.
Since sheets of glass are firmly bonded by EVA film, so even when glass breaks, fragments will almost not splash. Therefore it is safe.
In addition, flexible and strong EVA film makes it difficult for crushing objects to pass through. It has a high effect on ultraviolet rays absorbing.

- Splashing prevention effect ・・・ Bonded by special film, glass makes a minimum of splashing when it breaks. It is a high safety glass.
- Passage prevention effect ・・・ Flexible but strong special film makes it difficult for crushing objects to pass through, so it has a high level safety towards the flying objects, etc.
- Ultraviolet rays absorbing effect ・・・ In visible ray zone it has a high permeation, but it almost shield (approximately 99% was cut) the ultraviolet rays zone (280~380nm).
- High moisture sensitivity effect ・・・Compared with hydrophilic PVB film, hydrophobic EVA film has a high moisture sensitivity effect, even in humid circumstance can show great performance.
- Design ・・・To use special colorful film is able to put on colors such as milk-white, bronze or grey, etc.
- Note ・・・ Any fabrication after laminated is difficult.
